1. Delivery Timelines

Our products are made-to-order with a 2-week production lead time. Following payment confirmation, the estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days, depending on your location.

2. Damages and Transit Issues

Due to the delicate nature of our items, we have established a strict protocol for breakage claims:

• Immediate Notification: Customers must report any damage or defects within 24 hours of delivery.

• Procedure: Please email photographs of the damaged product and the original packaging to habitabitstudio@gmail.com.

• Validation: Habitabit Studio cannot be held responsible for damages reported after the 24-hour window, as transport agencies do not accept claims beyond this timeframe.

3. Product Replacement

If a claim is approved within the initial 24-hour period, we will proceed as follows:

• The damaged item must be returned to us via Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.).

• Upon receipt, we will dispatch a brand-new replacement at no additional cost.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receipt.

• All shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of purchase.

• A 3% administrative fee will be applied to all cancellations.
