Once chosen, each board undergoes a thorough initial preparation, where hand-sanding and polishing ensure a flawless surface, ready for transformation.
From this tangible foundation, our approach to digital design branches out to encompass the diversity of our creations.
Sometimes, we delve into advanced three-dimensional modeling, employing software that allows us to conceive volumes and geometries of great complexity.
To achieve this visual richness, our approach is logical and systematic: this enables us to generate dynamic and highly elaborate patterns, translating the depth and sinuous silhouettes of three-dimensional forms into distinguishable layers of two-dimensional planes, equally rich in figurative details of curves and spirals.
Other times, the process focuses directly on two-dimensional design, creating patterns like tessellations.
In both cases, once we have defined these digital structures (whether they are 3D-derived layers or pure 2D designs), we proceed to optimize these creations into a high-precision vectorial format. For this, we use vector design tools that enable us to delineate every line and curve with absolute accuracy. This phase is indispensable, as it is here that the fundamental files are
generated, which will serve as the basis for the subsequent production stage.
Finally, these clean and polished vectorial designs are processed using specialized conversion and preparation software, an intelligent interface that translates every detail of the digital drawing into exact instructions for the CNC machinery.
